  • A parent whose child is presently enrolled in an American college or university that has received accreditation.
  • A student who is presently enrolled in a US-based institution of higher learning that has received accreditation.
  • A parent who resides in the United States and whose child is now enrolled as a senior in high school.
  • A high school senior who is presently enrolled and resides in the United States.

ACFEF Scholarships

A number of students interested in pursuing professions in the culinary, pastry, or food service industries can apply for the ACFEF Scholarships scholarships from the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF). The scholarship selection committee seeks out candidates who are well-rounded and have a love of the culinary arts

The organizers of this scholarship also seek out students who volunteer in their areas. Volunteering for food pantries, cooking clubs, or other charitable events in the community is acceptable. Before submitting an application for a scholarship, students must have participated in ACFEF for at least a complete academic year.   • Students must participate in ACFEF for at least a full academic year.

A Helping Hand” Scholarship

This is one of the scholarships for college students offered by scholarship360. This scholarship is available to support students from low-income families who are either in college or intend to go to college.

Students applying for this scholarship will be chosen for this scholarship based on the caliber of their essays and the number of scholarships they have applied for on the Scholarships360 website.

Employment BOOST College Scholarships

Students must be presently enrolled in a high school or college with a U.S. campus. High school graduates must intend to enroll in college during the fall semester of the same year that they submit their applications. Universities in the United States with two- and four-year programs are eligible for admission. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.6 or higher. Transcripts must be supplied with the application, both official and unofficial.

Students applying from high school must have a letter of acceptance from the college they plan to attend. The application must contain a copy of this letter. The application must be accompanied by one letter of recommendation.

  • Award is open to nationals of nations other than the United States and Canada.
