The International Scholarships of Excellence (Massey University Scholarship 2023) is a merit-based scholarship programme sponsored by Massey University, New Zealand. The scholarship is open to individuals who are interested in studying at Massey University in New Zealand.

- Be studying full time
- Have an admission offer of a place or a conditional offer of a place
- Have an appropriate undergraduate degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Have IELTS and TOEFL scores.
