Most importantly,: The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has designed the portal for the printing of the 2021 original admission letters for all students offered provisional admission by their various tertiary institutions and the JAMB via the UTME and also the Direct Entry (DE).

The JAMB Original Admission Letter holds the following information:

Without presenting the JAMB Admission Letter document, an Individual cannot authentically prove to any institution, organization or body of having gained admission into the Educational system in Nigeria for Tertiary Institutions

NOTE: All the students offered admission during the 2019/2020 academic year can now print their admission letters through the JAMB portal.

Guidelines To Print The JAMB Original Admission Letter From 1995 – Till Date

1. Kindly Log into the JAMB e-Facility Admission official portal through https://jamb.gov.ng/Efacility

2. Then, enter your exact Username and Password you registered with and tap on the Login Button. [NOTE: If you do not have any Username or Password, kindly create one just by using the “Create Account Button” also located at the LOGIN Page].

3. After you have Successfully logged in, if you are using a desktop computer, quickly locate the “Admission Letter Button” on the left-hand side of the page, then click on it.

4. The next page would be the Admission Letter Printing Confirmation platform or page, You will receive a response which says “Have you checked your Admission Status? ” Tap on either Yes or No, If Yes you would be allowed to go through the next stage, and If No you will be taken to a new or different place of the JAMB Admission Status Checking Portal

5. Also, choose your Examination Year just from the Drop-Down Menu Box, and enter your JAMB Registration Number in the box and tap on the “Print Admission Letter Button” Or you can Click on “Send Admission Letter as Mail“and then proceed to pay an amount of N1,000 through the JAMB Remita Platform.

6. Once your payment is successful, the JAMB admission letter would be sent to your email, or you can simply follow STEP 1 to STEP 4 Again to print it from the JAMB Portal.

Finally, note that the Use of this service will cost you the Sum of N1,000 only, make sure you check your admission status immediately before going to print your admission letter.
